The menu charts an exquisite course through signature antipasti, primi, secondi, contorini and dolce. Hand-made pasta is prepared daily, rich meats include Porchetta and Bistecca Fiorentina, and sensational seafood is highlighted in dishes such as our signature tagliolini with crab, garlic and chilli. Dolce is a delightful flourish of hand-made gracefulness.

These wines are classic examples of vinous expressions of the region from which they originate. With this in mind, for this list we are putting more emphasis on the region the wines come from, than on the varietal that it’s made with.
